Pink Himalayan Salt, Epsom Salt, Peppermint, Blue Mallow Flowers, Thyme, Rosemary, Oregano, Eyebright, Myrrh, Essential Oils of Tea Tree, Eucalyptus, Frankincense, Lemon
- Immerse yourself in a luxuriating bath to cleanse your physical, emotional and spiritual self, using 1/2 a cup of your Bath Soak.
- Pour water lovingly over your body and take deep breaths to allow yourself to ground and relax into releasing unwanted thoughts and emotions that no longer serve you.
