This herbal scented soak from Daylesford Apothecary is packed with soothing botanicals. We love that it's naturopathically formulated, so it doesn't just smell nice or feel good on our skin, but it's rich in minerals, salts, medicinal plants and potent essential oils such as Arnica, Marjoram and Gotu Kola that are known to help with nerve pain, spasms, cramps and anxiety. It's gentle on the skin, so also promotes the healing of irritated skin.
Ingredients:
Epsom Salt, Pink Himalayan Salt, St John's Wort, Gotu Kola, White Willow, Calendula, Arnica and essential oils of Wintergreen, Marjoram, Basil, Lavender and Eucalyptus
- Immerse yourself in a luxuriating bath to cleanse your physical, emotional and spiritual self, using 1/2 a cup of your Bath Soak.
- Pour water lovingly over your body and take deep breaths to allow yourself to ground and relax.
