With its deeply nourishing and tranquil blend of salts, the herbs and pure essential oils in this artisan soak have been blended and formulated by a naturopath to promote sleep. Once you step out of the bath, prepare to drift off shortly after.
Ingredients:
Pink Himalayan Salt, Epsom Salt, Passionflower, Chamomile Flower, Lavender, Californian Poppy, Essential Oils of Bergamot, Lavender, German Chamomile
- Using 1/2 a cup of your bath soak in warm water, allow the salts to absorb and potent oils to release, creating a bath potion to cleanse and nourish the body.
- Take deep breaths to allow yourself to relax and release any unwanted thoughts and energy that you are holding on to.
